Villa Khajuraho houses four air-conditioned bedrooms, with three being located on the first floor of the main building and another one being in a separate free-standing bungalow in the garden. The bedrooms situated in the main building feature a king-sized double bed or two single beds. The large glass fronts keep the rooms bright and offer fantastic views of the green scenery in the garden. Honey-colored flooring, white walls and contemporary furnishing create an inviting and homey ambiance. With selected décor, cushions and art pieces colorful accents are set that give the rooms a stylish finishing. Furthermore, each room in the main building is fitted with a desk, flat-screen TV with DVD player, a wardrobe and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and large bathtub. Nestled in the garden across the swimming pools and main building of the villa, you will find the fourth bedroom in a traditional Javanese Joglo. The Joglo is made from wood and features a high ceiling roof with white marble flooring and glass sliding doors to keep the room sunlit and to offer unspoiled views of the garden. The Joglo is fitted with a comfy king-sized double bed that is sheltered by a beautiful canopied mosquito net. Additionally, you will find a desk, a large walk-in wardrobe and a semi-open bathroom with an open-air rain shower. This bungalow is a perfect choice, for those seeking a more private and romantic setting during their Bali holiday.
The vast layers of grass, exotic flowers and palm trees that surround two glassy swimming pools, make up a truly stunning outdoor area at Villa Khajuraho. There is a children’s wading pool that flows into the larger 15-meter long main pool. The main pool features an “island” that is covered in tropical plants and offers in-water seating to relax. Alternatively, take a nap on one of the sun loungers on the pool deck that is shaded by the trees. The garden offers a generous space for kids to play or for you to do some morning yoga. Furthermore, you will find a Balinese House Temple in the garden, which is believed to protect the Villa from bad spirits. You might see the staff of the villa put down colorful flower offerings to please their gods.
The living, dining and kitchen areas at Villa Khajuraho are situated on the ground floor of the main building. Although each designated room follows a closed indoor concept it is possible to open up the large glass sliding doors and let the tropical breeze enter the spaces. The living space features a chic dark brown leather sofa, complemented with a matching coffee table, carpet and a stylish lampion. Across from the couch sits a flat-screen TV with DVD player and sound system for fun movie nights. Furthermore, a working space with a large desk has been set up, separating itself from the living space with a large bookshelf, serving as a space divider. A few colorful wood carvings and art pieces complete the room and add to a homely yet stylish atmosphere. To keep you comfortable in Bali’s hot climate, air-conditioners and ceiling fans have been installed in the living area.
In the dining room and kitchen you will find a heavy wooden table that can seat up to 10 guests perfect for a delicious dinner with your loved ones. Just beside the dining table, lies a fully equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards and a marble countertop. There is an island counter that forms the center of the kitchen that extends to a high seated bar table with stools, perfect for a having a small bite or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, the kitchen and dining area feature a build in air condition. Furthermore, a billiard table has been set up on the terrace of the first floor. The attentive team of Villa Khajuraho will give you a warm welcome and show you genuine Balinese hospitality. A delicious breakfast is included and will be served in the privacy of your villa, further a team of housekeepers, gardener, pool attendants and security staff maintain the villa. For an additional fee, special amenities and services are available, such as an extra bed, a baby cot and nanny, a private driver, laundry service and rentals. Or how about an in-house massage in the privacy of your villa or a cookout BBQ dinner by the resident chef of the property?
The person paying the deposit for the rental period is responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the property. Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, either the villa management company, owners or the villa manager may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the property forthwith.
Only the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property and non-staying guests can not exceed 4 persons at any one time unless previously arranged with the villa owners.
Music around the pool area is to be kept to a respectable level so as to not impose on neighbouring houses guests’ enjoyment. No loud outdoor music is to be played after midnight.
No glassware to be used around the pool only polycarbonate glasses, provided by the property. No parties are to be thrown without prior authorization and a deposit paid. No fireworks, lanterns or fire of any kind is to be used at the property. No smoking anywhere inside the property. No Mosquito Coils to be burnt inside the property. The use of illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited at the villa and is against the law.
In such a case, this will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and no refund can be claimed from either the villa management company or the owners or the local villa manager.
